In addition to the technical sessions, the conference fee includes breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.

Session Chair / Speaker Fee Policy:
For session chairs / speakers wishing to attend the conference, the discounted fee below is provided for the day of session they are presenting and they will receive a program book.  Note: For those attending on Thursday, this fee does not cover the dinner meeting. For those session chairs / speakers attending both days the "If registered by September 15, 2011" fees listed above would apply.   For session chairs / speakers that are coming to the conference only to present and not attend the rest of the sessions, there will be no charge, but session chairs / speakers are still required to register for the conference and will not receive a program book.  Talk to your session chair to receive the code for registration.

High School Outreach Program:
For schools wishing to register for the high school outreach program, please contact Ms. Stacie Scott via email (stacies@uic.edu) or call the MERRP office at (312) 996-2201. We are no longer accepting schools for the November 10th program, but there are still openings for the Friday, November 11th session.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing no later than November 6, 2011 will receive a full refund.   After this date, no refunds will be given.
